๐Ÿ—๏ธ Building Guide

Plot expansion, materials, and practical decorating tips

Your starting plot is small, and it's tempting to cram furniture into it right away. A better approach is to think about layout first โ€” decide where rooms will go, expand when you can afford it, and only then start decorating. Nothing in Heartopia's building system is permanent, so experimenting costs nothing but a little time.

๐Ÿ—๏ธ Home building is Heartopia's core gameplay. You can always start over โ€” no mistakes are permanent! Tip: lock in the frame first, then place furniture.

Building Tips

๐Ÿ’ก Practical Building Tips

  1. Use the top-down view (Top View) first for furniture placement โ€” much clearer than third-person perspective
  2. Lock in the frame first (walls, stairs, floors) before placing furniture โ€” adjusting structure is easier than rearranging furniture
  3. Place stairs and add flooring above to create a second floor; stack multiple times for lofts or rooftop terraces
  4. The exterior walls and yard matter just as much as the interior โ€” don't neglect them
  5. After finishing your build, save it as a blueprint โ€” revert any time, or share it with the community
  6. Unused furniture should not be deleted โ€” store it for later. It may complete a set for bonus rewards
  7. Prize Bubbles reset daily and spawn randomly at Town Square, Onsen Cliff, Fishing Village, Amazing Forest, and more โ€” patrol daily to collect them
๐ŸŽจ Any furniture can be dyed and personalized โ€” craft a pattern at the workbench and apply it. Layering rugs, placing small items on tables, and hanging wall decor all add depth.
