Heartopia is free to download and play. There is a premium currency (Heart Diamonds), but it's not required. Free players can access all major content through daily tasks and events. Spending mainly speeds up progress or unlocks cosmetics.

Find Albert Jr., who roams all around town — the only NPC who buys items. Fish, crops, cooked dishes, and more can all be sold to him. He has no fixed location; patrol town to find him. Building a daily selling habit is key to accumulating Coins.

Most efficient: ① Complete 5 Resident Requests daily (+50 medals, non-stackable); ② Advance the main quest — each milestone gives lots of medals; ③ After D.G. Level 13, complete weekly tasks (+30–50 medals/week); ④ Join events for bonus medals. Medals are time-gated — consistent daily play beats spending.

As long as you log in with the same account (Google / Apple / XD Games), your save auto-syncs to the cloud. Always confirm you're logged in before switching devices, and never play as a guest.

Yes. Heartopia supports cross-platform save sync between iOS, Android, and PC (Steam) using the same account. Note: in-app purchase records may be tied to the platform where purchased.

Multiplayer features require D.G. Level 8 to unlock. Once unlocked, invite friends to visit your home or visit theirs. Co-op Building also unlocks at the same level. To add friends: tap the social icon → search player ID → send a friend request.

Yes! There's a public home browsing feature — visit other players' showcased homes for decoration inspiration and give likes. You may also find Prize Bubbles when visiting.
